Repeat clients who have booked two or more trips with Natural Wonders Travel are considered Travel Stars. For Travel Stars, research fees will be eliminated or half the cost depending on the destination you’re traveling to.

Domestic or international travel with only one destination or cruise:

Destination Weddings
Fee will only be paid by the bride or groom not the guests attending the wedding

All quotes will consist of 3 resorts or hotels per destination requested. If you would like a quote for more than one destinations, an extra $10 fee will be charged per additional destination.
Quotes are valid for two weeks. If two weeks have passed and a new quote is needed, the research fee will need to be paid again, unless you know which resort or hotel you want to book. As always,
pricing is subject to change at any time priorto a deposit is paid.
Research fees for quotes will be invoiced to you through Square.
If a research fee is required for your booking, a quote will not be emailed to you without receiving payment first.
Our response time to deliver a quote is up to 72 hours with the exception of multi destination, Europe and Farther East which may take up to one week. Hours of operation are 9:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday and by appointment on Saturday and Sunday. Natural Wonders Travel is closed on all major holidays.
